Does anyone have an idea how to make or what to use to make a part of a costume look and feel sticky? I'm talking frog tongue...

Can you give us more information? What kinds of things need to stick to it? Are they being placed on the costume in advance, thrown at the costume... do they need to be removable?

I think I can come up with a few ideas, but it would be helpful to know the application of the sticky :)

its a tongue... giant long sticky amphibian bug catching tongue... and there will be a bug, mosquito... could be detachable... I like the idea of detachable!!
ANY ideas would be SO welcomed!!!!! thanks

I suppose velcro is an obvious solution, however velcro doesn't LOOK sticky
